All misplaced/lost items found throughout the terminal are recorded and stored in the Lost Property Office. If you need to report a lost item, you can do so online by filling out the form at the bottom of this page.

Food, beverage & tobacco products will be held till the end of the business day and then discarded due to health and safety reasons.

All recovered sharp objects, explosives and combustible materials are discarded immediately without being stored.

The Lost Property Office operates between 09:00 AM and 05:00 PM on weekdays. For any lost and found inquiries, please contact the Information Desk during these hours. Kindly note that the Lost Property Office does not release or deliver recovered items on public holidays.
